By registering as a Business Member, you commit to actively participating in ethical trade, fulfilling customer requirements with utmost professionalism, and honoring chapter referral commitments.

2. Mandatory KYC Verification

To safeguard consumer trust and network integrity, every business member must undergo strict KYC verification. You must submit valid documents including GSTIN (if applicable), Business PAN, Aadhaar/Government ID of authorized representative, and verifiable business establishment proof. Accounts pending KYC verification cannot claim marketplace leads or unlock customer contact details.

3. Category Exclusivity & Postal Pincode Lock

LeadNest guarantees single-member category exclusivity per postal pincode. Once approved for your category (e.g. Electrical Contractor, Auditor, Real Estate Agent) within your registered pincode, no competing business in the identical category will be onboarded for that territory. You must maintain an active membership in good standing to retain your exclusive pincode reservation.

4. Onboarding Fees & Monthly Subscriptions

Businesses pay a one-time onboarding registration fee of ₹1000 and a recurring monthly subscription fee of ₹1000 (or as per chosen tier: Free Starter, Business Growth, Diamond Enterprise). Subscriptions are debited automatically from your wallet or paid via authorized payment gateways. If a subscription lapses, category exclusivity is paused and advanced modules (Mini-website, CRM, WhatsApp API, AI Video Pipeline) will be restricted.

5. Lead Unlocking, Fair Pricing & 24-Hour Contact Rule

To access the full customer name, phone number, and detailed requirement of a submitted lead, businesses pay a nominal platform lead fee of ₹50 deducted from their wallet. You strictly agree to contact the prospective customer within 24 business hours of unlocking. Customer contact data must remain strictly confidential and cannot be resold or shared with third parties.

6. Lead Disputes, Wallet Refunds & 3-Strike Quality Policy

If an unlocked lead turns out to be fraudulent, invalid contact number, unreachable, or out of serviceable jurisdiction, you may drop the lead and raise a dispute within 48 hours. Upon platform verification, the ₹50 lead fee is refunded back to your wallet. However, LeadNest enforces an uncompromising 3-Strike Policy: if three legitimate complaints of substandard service, breach of trust, or unprofessional behavior are received from customers, your business membership will be terminated permanently without refund.

7. Dual Referral Commissions & Sponsorship Payouts

When you sponsor new business members or customer referrers, you earn transparent referral commissions on closed deals (e.g. ₹20 to buyer sponsor, ₹20 to seller sponsor) and a designated percentage on monthly subscription renewals. Commission disbursements are credited directly to your internal LeadNest Wallet and can be withdrawn to your verified bank account subject to minimum withdrawal limits and tax regulations.

8. WhatsApp Cloud API & AI Video Marketing Standards

Members utilizing automated WhatsApp reminders and promotional messaging must strictly adhere to Meta WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies. Unsolicited spam, bulk promotional spamming, or harassment is strictly forbidden. Content generated using the AI Video Studio must be truthful, non-infringing, and representative of your actual business offerings.

9. Code of Conduct, Confidentiality & Termination

Members must maintain the highest standards of integrity and mutual respect. Any attempt to solicit competitive members maliciously, manipulate ratings, or bypass platform escrow and dispute channels will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of wallet balance, and potential legal recourse.

Registering as a customer and submitting buying inquiries, quote requests, or service requirements on LeadNest is completely FREE. Customers are never charged any platform usage fee, registration fee, or hidden commission for connecting with local verified service providers.

2. Requirement Genuineness & Accurate Information

Customers pledge to submit only authentic, lawful, and sincere requirements. Submitting fictitious requests, false phone numbers, or prank inquiries harms legitimate business owners and will result in permanent blacklisting and suspension of your mobile number and account.

3. Data Privacy & Verified Local Provider Allocation

When you submit a requirement, your contact details are shared exclusively with one single KYC-verified business designated for that category in your local pincode. We do not sell your personal data to bulk telemarketing databases or expose your number on public web boards.

4. Customer Referral Rewards & Cashback

As a customer member, you can invite friends, neighbors, and family to submit requirements on LeadNest using their referral link or invite code. When a referred lead is successfully serviced and completed by a registered business, the referring customer earns a direct referral reward (e.g. ₹20) credited straight into their platform wallet.

5. Honest Reviews & Star Ratings

Following the completion of any service or product purchase, customers are encouraged to submit genuine ratings and reviews. Your honest feedback helps reward exemplary businesses and assists other consumers in making informed decisions.

6. Platform Intermediary & Limitation of Liability

LeadNest operates strictly as an introduction platform and digital matchmaker between customers and registered independent businesses. LeadNest is not a direct supplier, contractor, or guarantor of the work performed. Pricing, timeline, product warranty, and payment terms must be verified directly between customer and business provider.

7. Customer Protection & Dispute Assistance

If you ever experience substandard service, lack of communication, or misconduct from a business assigned through LeadNest, you may report the incident to our support desk. We actively enforce our 3-Strike Policy to penalize and de-list non-compliant businesses.

1. Promoter Role & Core Responsibilities

As a Level 2 Business Promoter, your primary responsibility is direct shop visits, merchant onboarding, and community business development. You will visit retail shops, wholesalers, professionals, and service establishments within your assigned pincode territory, introduce the benefits of My Lead Market (free mini-website, verified B2B leads, WhatsApp CRM), and assist merchants in registering on the platform.

2. 10% Monthly Recurring Commission Structure

For every legitimate business merchant registered and onboarded through your verified promoter referral link or promoter code, you earn a recurring 10% commission every month for as long as that business maintains an active subscription on the platform (e.g. ₹100/month recurring from each ₹1,000 monthly subscriber). All commissions are automatically tracked, calculated, and credited to your Promoter Wallet.

3. Mandatory KYC Documentation

To qualify as an authorized Business Promoter and activate your wallet withdrawals, you must complete your full profile verification by submitting: (a) Clear recent photograph, (b) Valid Government-issued Photo ID proof (PAN card, Driving License, or Passport), (c) Valid Residential Address proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Utility bill), and (d) Accurate residential address, town, district, and postal pincode.

4. Admin-Only Business Approval Process

All shops and businesses onboarded by you are submitted to the Central Administration for verification. The platform Admin exclusively reviews the business documents, photos, and establishment proofs. A business is considered activated and promoter commissions become payable only after Admin approval (KYC Status: Approved).

5. Ethical Field Conduct & Zero Cash Handling

Promoters must represent My Lead Market with utmost honesty, dignity, and professionalism. Under no circumstances should a promoter collect cash or unauthorized offline payments directly from business owners. All subscription payments must be processed directly through official platform digital payment gateways or platform wallet credits.

6. Territory Alignment & Pin Code Exclusivity

Promoters work within their registered postal pincode and coordinate with Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Cluster Business Managers (CBMs). Promoters are expected to maintain active shop onboarding activity to retain active promoter status within their registered coverage territory.

7. Wallet Earnings, Payouts & Taxation

Commission balances accumulated in your Promoter Wallet can be withdrawn to your verified UPI ID or Bank Account on a scheduled payout basis, subject to applicable TDS deductions and platform withdrawal limits.

All webinars, workshops, training sessions, and virtual meetups published on My Lead Market must focus exclusively on legitimate business education, professional skill development, authentic B2B networking, product demonstrations, or lawful commercial services. Every webinar is manually screened and verified before going live on our public directory.

2. Strict Prohibition: Money Rotation, Ponzi & Chain Referral Schemes

Any webinar promoting, directly or indirectly, the following activities is strictly prohibited:

• Money Rotation / Money Circulation: Schemes requiring attendees to deposit money with the promise of guaranteed returns derived from new participants' investments.
• Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) & Pyramid Schemes: Binary compensation plans, matrix schemes, chain referral programs, or recruit-to-earn structures where the primary emphasis is recruiting members rather than retail sales of genuine goods or services.
• Unregulated Financial & Crypto Schemes: Forex trading robots, unverified cryptocurrency trading syndicates, unlicensed chit funds, or unregulated betting/gambling platforms.

4. Penalties: Account Termination & Legal Prosecution

Violating members will face immediate and permanent termination of their business membership, forfeiture of all wallet balances, and deletion of all business listings. In severe cases involving public financial fraud, My Lead Market will proactively cooperate with state cyber-crime authorities and law enforcement agencies under the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act and the Information Technology Act.

5. Host Liability & Attendee Disclaimers

Hosting members are solely responsible for the authenticity and legality of their presentations and services.
